Site Management
Build and maintain your portfolio of physical sites — the locations where assets live and inspections happen.

The Site Portfolio
The Site Portfolio is your list of every site in the organization: status, assigned team, last and next inspection dates, and risk level (Low / Medium / High). Use it to see at a glance which sites are overdue for inspection or flagged as high risk.
Adding a site
- From Site Management, click Add Site.
- Fill in the site's details. If you have latitude/longitude, add them — sites without coordinates won't appear on the operational map.
- Save. The new site appears in the portfolio list and can now have assets attached to it.
To update an existing site, open it and choose Edit Site. To retire one, use Remove — removed sites move to the archived sites list rather than being permanently deleted.
All Sites Operational Map
A live map plots every site with valid coordinates, color-coded by status and risk posture. If the map shows "Map unavailable" or sites are missing, double-check that latitude/longitude were saved for those sites.
Site risk
Each site carries a risk rating (Low, Medium, High) based on recorded site risks. Use Add site risk to log a new risk against a site — this feeds into the portfolio-level risk view and the organization's Risk Register.
Compliance at a site
The site detail view shows compliance posture and any compliance gaps for that location, along with the requirements assigned to it. Use Add compliance requirement to attach a new requirement to a site. See Compliance for how packs and coverage work at the organization level.
Lifecycle events
Sites have a lifecycle log — commissioning, renovations, closures, and other milestones. Use Add lifecycle event to record one; this creates an audit trail for the site independent of individual inspections.
Team assignment
Use Manage assigned team to control who is responsible for a site — this determines which inspectors and managers see the site in their own queues. Changing Site Access settings controls broader visibility.
Bulk import
For large portfolios, use the CSV Template to bulk-add sites: download the template, fill it out, and use Preview Site CSV Upload to check the data before committing it. Review the preview carefully — imported sites are created immediately once confirmed.
