Report Management

Requires: generate_reports or view_report_management permission

Report Management is where inspection reports live. Generate a report from a completed inspection, then export or share it. Note that inspectors can only view their own reports — broader visibility requires a manager, supervisor, or admin role.

Team Report

Team Report rolls up activity by manager, supervisor, or team lead — pick the team lead you want to report on to load their team's numbers. This view is available to tenant admins, platform admins, managers, and supervisors only. If you're a platform admin, use "Act as tenant" first to select which organization's team report to view.

Enterprise Reports

Organizations on enterprise plans can access broader, cross-portfolio reporting beyond individual inspections. If this option isn't visible, it isn't included in your current plan.
