Your homepage after signing in — a snapshot of inspection activity across your sites.

The Dashboard summarizes what's happening across your portfolio: recent inspection volume, trends over time, and where attention is needed. What you see depends on your role — inspectors typically see their own assignments, while managers and admins see team- or organization-wide activity.

Monthly Inspection Trends

A trend chart shows how many inspections were completed per month, helping you spot seasonal patterns or a drop-off in activity. If no inspections have been logged yet, this area will show "No trend data available" until data starts flowing in.

Key metrics

• Failed inspections — inspections that came back with a failing result, worth reviewing first.
• Open risks / risk summary — a rollup of unresolved items from the Risk Register.
• Compliance posture — how your sites are tracking against required compliance packs.

Role-specific dashboards

Tenant admins and platform admins may see a different landing view (a tenant-admin or platform-admin dashboard) that rolls up activity across the whole organization or across multiple tenant organizations, rather than a single user's queue. If your role changes, your homepage will reflect the new view the next time you sign in.
