Accounting & Billing

Manage your organization's subscription, invoices, and payment methods.

Requires: view_billing, view_payments, or view_invoices permission

If you land here and see "You do not have access to Accounting & Billing," contact your tenant administrator — billing visibility is intentionally restricted, typically to admins and finance roles.

Subscription & plan

Your current plan determines which features are available elsewhere in the app (Asset Insights, Enterprise Reports, Audit Log exports, and similar gated features all check your active subscription). If a feature elsewhere says it's "not enabled for your account," this is usually the place to check why.

Billing cycle & currency

Your contract's billing cycle (monthly or another cadence) and billing currency are shown here. Billing currency conversions are managed at the platform level — see Platform Admin Guide if a rate looks incorrect.

Payment methods

InspectAssets supports card payments and regional payment providers. If a payment fails with an "unsupported payment provider" error, try an alternative payment method or contact Support.

Invoices

Past invoices can be viewed and, where enabled, emailed directly to your organization's billing or procurement contact.
