Supervisor or Manager role

Purpose​

Define oversight responsibilities for inspection execution, quality, and follow-up.

Primary responsibilities​

  • Monitor inspection coverage and completion using Inspection Management
  • Review submitted inspections for quality and risk
  • Use Asset Insights to identify patterns and recurring issues
  • Produce and share reports from Report Management
  • Support escalation and corrective actions

Quality review standard​

Supervisors should be able to answer:

  • Was the correct site/asset inspected?
  • Are results complete and consistent?
  • Are failures and risks clearly described?
  • Is follow-up required, and who owns it?
