Login and sessions

Purpose​

Explain how login and session security typically works in InspectAssets.

Session expectations​

  • Sessions may expire after inactivity.
  • When a session expires, users must sign in again.
  • Some tenants enforce additional rules such as email verification.

Common access issues​

If a user cannot access the app:

  • confirm credentials
  • confirm the account is active
  • confirm email verification if required
  • confirm they are in the correct tenant context
