What to include

  • tenant name (organisation)
  • your email address
  • the menu/page you were using
  • what you expected to happen
  • what actually happened
  • screenshot if available
  • date/time and time zone

If the issue is urgent

Follow your organisation’s escalation process in addition to logging a support request.
