Permission-based navigation
Purpose
Explain why users see different menus and what to do when something is missing.
How it works
Menus and actions are permission-based. A user’s role determines:
- what appears in the left menu
- which screens can be opened
- what actions can be taken (create, edit, approve, export)
What to do if a menu is missing
- Confirm you are logged into the correct tenant.
- Confirm your account is active.
- Ask your Tenant Admin to confirm your role and permissions.
- Sign out and sign back in to refresh session-based permissions.
