Purpose​

Define the Global Admin role for platform-level governance across multiple tenants.

Typical responsibilities (where enabled)​

  • Oversee tenant lifecycle (creation, configuration, suspension)
  • Support governance and separation-of-duties across tenants
  • Maintain platform-level operational standards
  • Support enterprise rollouts across regions or business units

Global Admin functions are deployment-specific. Your organisation may enable or disable this role based on its governance model.
