Purpose​

Explain how InspectAssets supports governance, traceability, and trustworthy reporting.

Why integrity matters​

Inspection data supports decisions, compliance reporting, and operational safety. Data integrity protects:

  • the reliability of trends
  • audit readiness
  • accountability across teams

Submission as an official record​

In enterprise use, treat a submitted inspection as an official record. If corrections are needed:

  • document why a correction is required
  • use your organisation’s correction workflow (supervisor/tenant admin governance)
  • avoid creating duplicate records to “replace” mistakes
  • Define who can create inspections
  • Define who can approve inspections (if enabled)
  • Define who can edit master data (sites/assets/templates)
  • Define escalation paths for critical findings
