Tenant​

An organisation workspace containing users, sites, assets, inspections, reports, and configuration.

Role​

A named grouping of permissions that define what a user can access.

Permission​

An access capability that enables menus, pages, and actions.

Site​

A location where assets exist and where inspections are conducted.

Asset​

An item tracked and inspected over time, typically linked to a site.

Template​

A definition of inspection fields and rules used during inspection execution.

Inspection​

An assigned or scheduled inspection activity, usually associated with a site and asset context.

Visit (inspection record)​

A completed inspection submission that becomes part of historical records.

Evidence​

Supporting material for an inspection result, commonly photos.

Insights​

Views generated from inspection history to highlight health patterns, trends, and recommendations.

Audit trail​

The preserved history of inspection submissions and governance decisions.
