Purpose​

This page summarises the main modules users interact with in InspectAssets and what each module is used for.

Modules at a glance​

Dashboard​

A role-based view of key activity and status. Use it to get an at-a-glance picture of inspections and operational context.

Inspection Management​

Create, schedule, assign, monitor, and review inspections. Supervisors and admins use this module to manage inspection operations and oversight.

Conduct Inspection​

Where inspectors complete an inspection using a template, capture results and evidence, and submit the inspection record.

Site Management​

Create and manage sites (locations). Sites are used throughout inspections, reporting, and insights.

Asset Management​

Create and manage assets (items to be inspected) and link them to sites to ensure inspection history is accurate.

Templates​

Templates define the inspection fields users complete, including required fields, field types, and evidence requirements.

Asset Insights​

Insight views based on inspection history, used to identify trends, recurring issues, and asset health patterns.

Report Management​

Filter, review, and export inspection information in formats that support operational reviews and stakeholder reporting.

User and Role Administration​

Tenant admins manage user access using:

  • User Management
  • Role Management
  • Tenant Configurations (tenant-level settings)

Account Management​

Billing and subscription-related actions for authorised users.
