What makes a good bug report
- Menu/page name
- Step-by-step actions that caused the issue
- Expected result vs actual result
- Error message (exact text)
- Screenshot or short screen recording
- Browser and device (especially for location or upload issues)

- Inspection submission fails after photo upload
- A menu item is missing for a user who should have access
